Judy Allison joined the Women’s Impact Fund 15 years ago and is a long-time member of the Board of Advisors.She was a founding member and the first Grants Committee Chair in 2003; she became the Board Chair in 2007. Judy has been engaged in the community as a board member of both CPCC and Good Friends. She is a retired banker.

Jean Brinkmann joined the Women’s Impact Fund three years ago and has served twice as Education Grants Team Co-Lead and as a member of that grants committee. She also has been engaged in the community with Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region (board member), the Augustine Literacy Project (volunteer) and the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (volunteer). Jean is an executive advisor after a long career in banking.

Kristina Burke joined the Women’s Impact Fund three years ago and currently is the Membership Chair and previously has served on the Data Task Force. She is engaged in the community as the Board Chair with Urban Ministry Center. Kristina is a mechanical engineer and the COO of a Genesys Global.

Lisa Crotty joined the Women’s Impact Fund eight years ago and has served as Chair of both the Member Recruiting Team and Member Retention Team, as well as the Grants Education Team Lead, and a member of several committees. She has been engaged in the community with the Charlotte Women’s Commission Advisory Board (member), the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys (past board member) and the Charlotte Women’s Political Caucus.

Nikki Emanuel Jarrell joined the Women’s Impact Fund four years ago and is the Incoming Finance Chair and past Audit Chair, as well as a member of the Finance and Community Impact Committees. She is engaged in the community with Claire’s Army (board member), the Charlotte ATHENA Leadership Awards (co-chair), as well as an active volunteer with several local organizations. Nikki is a Tax Managing Director with KPMG LLP.

She also has been engaged in the community with CareRing’s Nurse Family Partnership (community advisory board), Smart Start of Mecklenburg County (past board member), and the Mecklenburg County Bar Foundation’s Grants Committee. Previously, she has served as Treasurer/Finance Chair and Grants Chair, and as a member of the Development and Community Impact committees. She is engaged in the community with Pat’s Place Child Advocacy Center (board member), Charlotte Family Housing (volunteer), The Robinson Center for Civic Leadership (member) and Good Friends (member). Deborah is a Senior Program Officer at The Leon Levine Foundation.

Lisa is engaged in the community with Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy (board member) and Charlotte Community Health Center (past board member).

She has been engaged in the community with Rama Road Elementary School (tutor and mentor), Christ Episcopal Church (outreach, leadership and strategic planning), Foundation For The Carolinas (investment committee), Children’s Theatre Charlotte (past board chair). She is recently retired after working as a Senior Program Officer with The Leon Levine Foundation.
