Thank you to all who were able to fill out our 2023-2024 Member Survey, as it is used as a tool for the upcoming year. You can find the survey results, below.

100% of those responding:

• would recommend membership in WIF
• are proud of WIF’s impact on the community. 
• Increased their engagement in the community

97% felt welcomed at events

93% Learned something new about a social issue, philanthropy, or a nonprofit

At least half reported they made a connection that was valuable to their professional experience, made a friend, or developed new leadership skills.

The majority of respondents reported confidence in the Board of Directors and Staff.

The majority of respondents believe diversity, equity, and inclusion are important values WIF should embrace.
