Right Moves for Youth’s mission is to help students in grades 6–12 make the most of their education, build meaningful connections, and take advantage of opportunities to set themselves up for future success. The organization fulfills this mission through weekly small-group counseling sessions focused on education, social-emotional well-being, college and career readiness, civic engagement, and personal leadership. These efforts are further supported by field trips to colleges and businesses. As an Opportunity Grant recipient, Right Moves for Youth received $8,000.
