Yes. As of the 2021-2022 grants cycle, Women’s Impact Fund will only accept grant applications for unrestricted operating support. Yes. Organizations may apply for funding in this 2023-2024 cycle if they received funding from Women’s Impact Fund in, or prior to, 2021. For example, if an award was made in May 2021, the nonprofit may submit an application in the fall of 2023 for a potential award in May 2024 (thus receiving a grant three years since the prior award).

Each year the Women’s Impact Fund typically receives more than 100 applications for consideration. Twenty organizations (four in each program area) become finalists and thus have the chance to appear on our membership ballot; all Women’s Impact Fund members are given the opportunity to vote on these grant requests. In May 2023, we ultimately made seven grant awards.

The Women’s Impact Fund will confirm receipt of all applications via email following the deadline in October 2023 with additional details on what to expect. You can find the timeline of our annual grants cycle at the top of our Grants Process webpage.
