As Charlotte Family Housing (CFH), the number of families served has grown from 199 in 2011-2012 to 386 in 2014-2015. CFH has increased their staff to serve these families over two years from five to 13 social workers, including the bilingual social worker hired with the Women’s Impact Fund grant.
