$90,000 for the McPIE Family Night program, which is held 26 Tuesday nights per year through a partnership among McClintock Middle School, Christ Lutheran Church, and the community. The grant helped fund 6,000 meals, van rental to provide transportation to participants, and additional programming including tutoring, clubs and ESL classes over three years. In 2015-16, Family Nights averaged over 230 participants each week including the students, their older and younger siblings, and their parents.Still in existence and in their 14th year of operation, the program has grown to serve even more McClintock students and parents and offer year-round enrichment including science camps, overnight camps, and athletic camps.
